Overview of job 

Reporting of the role

This role reports to Planning Manager.

Measures of success –

In three months:

•Have an understanding of the agency portfolio of clients

•Provide assistance in the evaluation of media opportunities

In six months:

•Assist line Manager in annual review/planning proposal for the client.

•Start to build a relationship with specialists from client side

In 12 months:

•Be the person whom the client goes to for day-to-day activities. Able to propose ideas and activities to answer identified challenges.

•Mentor new Planners/Interns and assist in leading a small scale project (identify need, formulate idea into plan, set the scope and present to the Manager).

 Responsibilities of the role:

•Act as the Planner in the team and manage daily execution jobs.

•Develop implementation media plans and monitor the whole process from briefing to post buy.

•Ensure regular reporting is delivered on time and accurately.

•Ensure that campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies

•Work with internal specialist resources and group resources.

Overview of job 

This role is to delivering ongoing SEM Account Service in search marketing to GroupM. As a Search Executive you will be an under GroupM Search teams and provide service to GroupM Clients.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to the SEM Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for Media optimization and implementation, MixReach approach, Media buying quality control, Media KPI delivery and management.

Reporting of the role:

This role reports to TP Manager or Associate Director. Assists the team’s execution of the daily work and assures the accuracy of work delivered.

• Tool’s expert and champion AD power, Moinder, Infosys, MixReach and MOOC, symphony

• Ability to leverage buying criteria to maximize ROI

• Media optimization to cross leverage buying quality and cost efficiency to meet both brand saving target and trading policy

• Internal communication, leverage resource from Finance, Procurement, Strategic Planning team ect.

Tasks & Measurement:

In three months: 

• Basic TV planning and buying plus MixReach optimization approach, media buying quality control

• Understand GroupM scope of work and working processes, which approach is being proposed (20/20) to be in line with brand buying criteria and expectation.

• Gotten an understanding of the agency portfolio of clients
